You need to maintain PersonId, with every event from webhook you will get PersonId and based on person id you can get user details and extension number. Thanks, Umesh

Yes you are correct and you need to use /dial API(https://developer.webex.com/calling/docs/api/v1/call-controls/dial) . For this your WebEx phone should be active and connected to Webex platform. Thanks, Umesh

I strongly feel callId should be part of List Calls API response. callSessionId will not solve the purpose as callId is required for Hold/Resume/Hangup operation. Thanks, Umesh
