I’d like to get my company enrolled in the new Developer Advisor portal in the Developer Role so I can submit solutions for testing.

How can I enroll?

According to this ebook (https://ebooks.cisco.com/story/developer-role-overview/page/6/1) I found, it appears one must be invited. How do I locate my "Cisco Representative" to contact?

Apparently open enrollment was supposed to start in Q3 of 2022. Did this happen?
