The user has Jabber account with a username as john@abc.com. ANyone know how JTAPI can monitor and makecall with this user account? Thanks.

This is strange, my app receives events if the user off hook on Jabber for Windows but when myapp tries to use the makecall function, CUCM does not ring the Jabber for Windows. Please advise.

Are you using connect() API for make call functionality? Are you seeing any exceptions thrown to the API call?
Did you try using makecall sample application and did it give the same result?
