Anyone know where I can learn the requirements for developing with Cisco TAPI? I'm new and don't have an overview of the prerequisites. I want to be able to handle incoming call events and grab the Caller ID on a windows workstation running a .net app. I found a TAPI 3.0 wrapper control. However, it appears I still need Cisco TSP drivers. However, those appear to be installed as plugins from Cisco's call manager application, which I can't find a download for. Any help to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
