This errors description matches my issues exactly.
4x 3750G-12S stack, IOS 12.2(55)SE11
Been having this issue for some time now. Months ago I concluded it was the snmp-server ifindex persist command, so removed that. After about six weeks the issue showed up again. Have to manually reload stack to temporarily clear up issue, and then remove SNMP. I have re-added SNMP now and from Solarwinds removed the EnergyWise and any other non important SNMP polls.
Waiting to see if the issue returns.
