3905 Phone freezes when previous call is disconnected

The phone seems to be working well, shows name and extension but can not do any function and does not ring when there is an incoming call. 

Reset the phone physically is not the solution, someone already found a solution?

CUCM version 11.5.1.10000-6
firmware version CP3905.9-4-1SR2-2

Release 9.4(1)SR3 
??
