Hi, I would like to associate my cisco account with my employer's company, every time I go to Partner Self Service page it throws error message shown in the picture attached (tried multiple browsers and private window). Not sure what might be the cause, I don't see any other option how to create such association. Thanks for any advice.

Actually I am stuck in the case as yours.
I couldn't associate with my company, due to loading error on the partner_self_service web page
and Also, my admin has tried many times to initiate my account as our company.
but eventually he failed to find my account, CCOID, mail, anything.
So I've opened a case on https://customerservice.cloudapps.cisco.com/
I has opened many cases and sent cisco-support-managers many messages as for this problem only, but they just turned my case to others only.
