AnyConnect The HTTP response code from the secure gateway is 401

Windows 10 AnyConnect 4.10.01075 can not connect with error, window event log show "The HTTP response code from the secure gateway is 401, Other error, HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized, X-Reason: Other error" after the step "Retrieving device details from cache".

Most users are no problem on connection even if use same version 10 anyconnect, this problem only happen on our vender which their company upgrade anyconnect to version 10 recently, however this pc connect to other VPN without issue, do you know anything else can cause problem?
