Is it possible this bug:
CSCup37416 - Stale VPN Context entries cause ASA to stop encrypting traffic
Or similar affects ASA 8.4.7(30)? We are experiencing the same behavior, once we clear inactive SAs the traffic works back again.
No changes done, config has been working with no problem.
