ASR920 crashed with Last reload reason: CPU-HReset

Hi all

We have a MPLS-VPN customer network, consisting of roughly 80 routers. Last weekend, one of them suddenly rebooted with the reason "CPU-HReset". No crash file has been generated. Since the crash, the output of "show environment" doesn't show the power supplies or fans anymore.
Has someone ever had the same or a similar issue?
Following the specs:
HW: ASR-920-12SZ-IM
SW: 17.06.05

Thanks and kind regards,
Michael

post below output :

#dir bootflash:

if you get change upgrade to one of them to 17.9.3 and see any stability.

Different IOS-XE versions stores crashlogs in different locations.

dir bootflash:tracelogs | exclude gz
dir crashinfo:
dir bootflash:core

Please see the requested output attached.
@balaji.bandi : Besides others, we are extensively using the timing features of the ASR920 in our customers' network. We know that with 17.6.5 everything works as it should and we won't be able to do another upgrade soon. Out of the roughly 80 routers we've installed, this is the first one where the described problem occurred.

Can we see the output to the command "sh log on uptime detail"?

What is the output to the command "dir bootflash:/tracelogs | ex gz"?

Very difficult to find the cause of a "CPU hard reset" and the router hit a second bug which does not generate any crashlogs.

Oops.  Got mistaken for 16.6.5.
