We are experiencing this issue as well.
Opened a TAC case, and am working on it right now.
Did they simply tell you "it's a bug, wait until the next firmware update?" Is trying to solve this a waste of time?

What's with this case? It says that it's fixed but that's not true. We still have this problem with Cisco Jabber 12.0 and UC 11.5(SU4) environment.
