Hi,
We have C9800-80 WLC which is continually rebooting itself. I'd believed it was related to bug ID - CSCvt30657 but upon upgrading to a "fixed" release (16.2.04a), the issue remains.
The following entries in the logs are generated each time and it is quite frequent:
Oct 16 00:08:28.043: %PMAN-3-PROCHOLDDOWN: F0/0: pman: The process cpp_ha_top_level_server has been helddown (rc 69)
Oct 16 00:08:28.043: %PMAN-3-PROCHOLDDOWN: F0/0: pman: The process cpp_cdm_svr has been helddown (rc 69)
Chassis 1 reloading, reason - Non participant detected
Has anybody seen this?
It was happening when the WLC was a standalone and remains while in an SSO pair. Everything else appears to be operating as expected. We are still at the testing stage so this WLC is seeing minimal to no traffic with no APs joined.
Any help is appreciated.
