Call forward missing

With come up of Jabber and the accordingly connection issues it's more than helpful that the user should be able to decide what should happen with an incoming call during not register phase. At the moment the admin has to decide and he does not want to setup individual configuration for each DN. So please add this forwarding setup possibility back to the user self care portal as in version 9.x
