Cisco Dialed Number Analyzer service is not start

Hi team,

Version: CUCM 11.5.1.13032-4

We have problem with Cisco Dialed Number Analyzer service it not starting.

Status :

Deactivate both the DNA services

Activate "Cisco Dialed Number Analyzer Server" service firs

Then Activate "Cisco Dialed Number Analyzer" service

I have encountered the same problem and I think it is a bug.

Cisco Bug: CSCvd52821 - Dialed Number Analyzer service will not start in CUCM 11.5(1)

I am having this same issue, but I got both services to start, but when I tried to go to the Dialed Number Analyzer page I keep getting 404 not found /dna/. Have any of you had this issue?
