Cisco FMCv version 6.2.2 GUI error system processes are starting please wait

Hi all, I installed the Cisco FMCv version 6.2.2 in Esxi 5.5 and with FTDv. The installation is completed succesfully, I allocate resources HD-250, RAM-8GB, and CPU-8. When i open it from web GUI its gave me the system processes are starting please wait. Kindly your expertise required. Thanks.

That is true. As at this moment contacting Cisco TAC appears to be the way to go.

I am having the same error when I checked on the FMC. it is showing a low memory on the system and httpsd process in a stopped state. Please let me know how to proceed further means how to restart the service.

Memory Low :-

Hello,

SSH to the FMC and restart the httpsd.

You can restart the process by below command.

pmtool restartbyid httpsd

I want confirmation about the command. I believe there are two ways to restart the httpd services.

1) pmtool restartbyid httpsd

2) /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpsd restart
