Cisco Jabber - Call Forward number not saved locally to use a 2nd time

Hello,

I have the problem with some clients (only some clients, at other clients it works?), that the callforward number doesn't save locally (click on the phone in the left corner -> forward calls to). Normally after you set up a call forward the number stays saved. The Version is 11.7.0.
