Cisco PD on WS-C3560CX-12PC-S detects POE device with only a RJ45 cable attached

Hi,

 

Have the same issue with Cisco PD on the WS-C3560CX-12PC-S. The below output happens with just a RJ45 cable attached to a port. On 80 units it happens on about 10% of them. The commands mentioned in the case CSCuw22050 is not working and updating the SW to the latest 15.2.7E (ED) does not help either. Any suggestion?
