Hello, the connection between my CallManager and my IM and Presence is failed.
I have this error message when Iam in Cisco Unified Serviceability in the menu Tools/Control Center Feature Services)
How can I resolve this problem, thanks for your answers
The version of my callManager is 10.5.2.10000-5
The version of my IM and Presence is 10.5.2.20000-1

I'm having the exact same issue with 11.5.1.11900-21, but It's only to my PUB and 1 SUB. I noticed that in my certs mgmt. page of the IM&P server that one of my subs certs was downloaded directly from the CUCM PUB, but the other two did not, so I added them manually, but this didn't help. I tried restarting the Cisco Intercluster Sync Agent and this didn't help either. Does Cisco have a bug that we're unaware of?

I added a new sub and is running into the same issue. was this resolved
