We struck this bug in release 15.2(3)T1 which is not listed in the affected releases.

We have since upgraded to 15.4(3) M2 and the bug in not fixed in this release either (2900 series)

The issue still exists in 15.4(3) M3 and 15.4(3) M4.
Note: This applies to 2921 and 2951 routers. We have not checked this on other models
