I have this exact same problem on ISE 2.0 Patch 2 + Anyconnect 4.2. I Believe we could have a simple "re-run posture" option on the Anyconnect GUI to simplify the resolution to this type o problem.

it does not say "Affected" in the line of the ASA major version 9.1. So is 9.1 affected by this bug ...
An attacker who can connect to an affected device could exploit this vulnerability.
I'm missing the information about how this bug can be exploited. Can this be exploited trough admin gui? ssh access? captive portal login? capwap tunnel to WLC?
We encountered this bug a few days ago when we had to reboot the nexus switches. Another thing we noticed was our license configuration was lost and we had to contact TAC to reapply the L3 license.
