Looks like issue is not fixed in Version 8.0.3.20000-18. I noticed our most of the customers are using outlook 2010 does not have any issue only few customer have outlook 2013. As soon as they start outlook 2013 cpu spikes up. Means outlook 2013 also comes in 'Unsupported Client'.

The alarms after cpu climps is: Host CPU 1, Error:, threshold of cpu_critical exceeded: current value 100.00

Hello,  High CPU on UC can be triggered by several issues including the one you cite here and others like CSCul49976. Please open a TAC case for assistance in diagnosing exactly what is causing high CPU and appropriate remediation steps.  Regards, Wes
