CSCtl74475 - IDS CPU Usage Statistics are not Relevant

I am getting the symptoms as listed in the Bug ID.  Note FW1IPS and FW2IPS are a failover pair, where as DRFWIPS is on its own.  All functionality appears to be working correctly but cannot get the CPU to drop.
