CSCtl86766 - Controller config backup task fails for controllers from PI - 1

Can someone in the Cisco BU please clarify the affected controller model for this bug?  To my understanding, the highest WLC code version for this model is 7.0.252.0.  Is Cisco planning to release 8.0 code for the 4400 series?
