FYI, I got the same problem transferring file thru FTP:  ASA 5516-xOS: 9.5(1) I tried many time transferring the file thru FTP with above problem. I tried one time thru TFTP, and work fine. 

Any additional details/work arounds other than "contact TAC"?Thanks,
