Good morning,

 

We are facing this issue with a CTS 3210 / CTS 1.10.15(4).

Telepresence Server 820 / 4.4(1.16)

 

"ERROR Call ended due to module reset. Module restarted."

 

Could you please inform how to deal with it? Is there any upper reléase that fix the problem?
