Hi folks,   So we have a Touch 10 connected to an SX10, which lost its static IP and and is running CE 9.2.1. Is there a way to upgrade it to 9.3.0, or downgrade it to 9.1.x, without connectivity to the SX10 ? because I do not have a DHCP on that net...

Anyone else around facing this bug with l2tp ? What did you do in the end to get it fixed ?

Why is this bug not included in release notes of 6.2.0.1?   I couldnt find any info regarding this bug on any releases?   Could someone please explain?   Thanks Dawood

We are currently running into issue described by CSCuq23003 but the resoltion is missing in details as step 2 in lacking in what exactly to include at the beginning of class path in UCCX_EngineCfg.xml.      

We had the same issue on C2960X version 15.2(2)E7 We had to power-cycle (remove the power cable) each stack-member to get it back online

Also this feature has been noticed in the software 12.4(24) (Cisco 1801). Workaround has helped.
