Hello,

Can someone provide more information on this bug for me.  I just worked with TAC & my customer and TAC told us we need to upgrade our VCS to resolve this problem.  The TAC technician described the bug pretty well, but my customer would like something written up using the official bug information.

This bug is in the VCS product line, which has not been as tightly integrated into bug toolkit as some other product lines.

The Release Note is all that is contained.  The best we can do it update the Release Note, what would you like it to say?
