I can't get information in Cisco Bug Toolkit.What is the current status?

I have run into this bug on our UCM 6.1 with SIP trunking out a 3800 series router.  My TAC engineer says he can't share any information about the bug.  Has anyone else seen this bug?  It presented with alignment errors. ALIGN-3-TRACE:

Hi all.I have a L3 switch in packet tracer. If i put the command "no ip routing" the switch can route.. Its a bug?¿¿?I add a pkt file... If anyone ping from pc3 to , for example, pc1 ping works using the no ip routing command.Regards.
