Hi
Check for certain that their battery has sufficient charge, here are the steps.
-Capture 'Show tech Chaasis X' where X is the chassis containing the affected blade.
-Unzip and open Tech Support
-In the Tech Support, find, unzip and open the file CIMCX.techsupport where X is the affected blade
-In that file expand the folder "tmp"
-Open the file CIMCX.techsupport.txt
-In that file you will do a search for the value - P3V_BAT_SCALED
The value of a charge battery should be greater than 2.0. If the value is lower then 2.0, then the battery needs to be replaced.
