I have tracked this defect for several weeks but there is no further update on this.

Could anyone please give me a quantized value, how often is not a 'heavy' polling?

This alleged defect is still being actively researched.  The current release note is the best estimation of the issue with the limited information we have, but it has not been reliably reproducible at this point in time.  If you are experiencing it, please open a TAC case.
