Hello, I created a SIP trunk to a PABX system and also created a route pattern for that particular SIP trunk.
Afterwards, I created an incoming route pattern on the PABX system. But the SIP trunk service status still shows as Unknown - OPTIONS Ping not enabled. Duration also showing as unknown.
