Hello,
I am attempting to take some OSD screen caps from Cisco SX20 Quickset in order to develop some training material, but am getting a white page (blank) every time. Touch 10 screen cap works fine. Seems this is a known bug with no resolution, but was wondering if anyone figured out a workaround.
