I see the same behavior on iOS 11+ with CUCM 11.5 SU3 only on iPhones after they went to stand-by for a while. iPad with iOS 12.0.1 works fine so far. Is there any idea how to fix this? Was there a change to the app concerning APNS? Could an update to 11.5 SU5 fix it?

Hi Bernhard,
the described iOS bug references to iOS 12 Beta 4. Since I reproduced the behavior in iOS 11, 12 and 12.0.1 and the first time the problem occured was after installing a recent Jabber for iOS version (not 100% sure if it was 12.1.x or 12.0), I think it is more likely to be related to Jabber itself or on how the signalling is realized.

it is definitely only fixed in IOS 12.1 (NOT 12.0.1).
We verified it, both with cisco and apple
