Hi, I've the same problem, but on IOS 12.1(13)EA1. Other 2950 with 12.1(22)EA5 works fine. I'm not able to upgrade IOS. There is a workaround for this IOS version? Thanks Carlo

currently facing this bug and finding that the workaround does not work, re-imaging the node has no effect.
Despite what is stated in the bug tracker CSCuw19798 is *not* fixed in IOS-XE 3.6.5E From the release notes on 3.6.5E they don't seem aware they are even affected by this bug. It is not fixed in 3.6.6E either.
I was able to get around this problem by just enabling AXL in the Phone System settings under Telephony Integration. I dd NOT check the synchronize PIN.Just in case anyone needs a workaround.
