May I know the workaround to support back the FAC? VPN-Jabber cannot dial the IDD with FAC ....  Can the SIP Normalization script can help on this?

Until now, the VPN-less Jabber users still cannot make the IDD through CUCM's FAC.

Any alternative method can make the FAC working back?

I know the dtmf 2833, which supported on Expressway 8.5.3.

Any third-party system to replace the CUCM's FAC as dtmf reply?
