seems like a lot of these are bad, i have the same issue with a unit 2 months out of the box, maybe cisco needs to recall or send us a new one even after the warranty is over.

Hi All,

 

Any updates here please? Are there any CLI commands to either reset touch screen re-calibration or reset? I have 3 with similar issues. Either touch screen dead or unresponsive touch or touch registers in wrong area. 

 

Saw the bug report but the workaround didn't help. 

 

Any help is appreciated.
