When Finesse performs the OpenRequest to CTISvr and the stat update happens, but it's missing the Team info.
Finesse will build its cache around whatever it gets from the PG. Anything that's 'missing' from this cache will be deleted on the Finesse side DB. This is due to a known defect CSCus60431.
