Why has the bug CSCvf47808 been replaced by CSCvg42682?
For CSCvf47808 there was already a fix in 8.3.130.0 and for CSCvg10793 there was a fix in 8.3.131.0. But now there is a 8.3.132.0 that fixes CSCvg42682. Why did something had to be fixed twice?
