CSCus78428 - PMAN-3 pvp.sh: Empty executable used for process iosdb_disable

We're having a Cisco 9200L-48P-4X with IOSX in Version 16.12.1.

When it starts there are multiple entries like the following:

*Oct 7 06:31:26.911: %PMAN-3-PROC_EMPTY_EXEC_FILE: Switch 1 R0/0: pvp: Empty executable used for process run_ioxn_ secure_dir_sh
*Oct 7 06:31:37.712: %PMAN-3-PROC_EMPTY_EXEC_FILE: Switch 1 R0/0: pvp: Empty executable used for process run_ioxn_ secure_dir_sh
*Oct 7 06:31:51.667: %PMAN-3-PROC_EMPTY_EXEC_FILE: Switch 1 R0/0: pvp: Empty executable used for process run_ioxn_ secure_dir_sh

*Oct 7 06:32:35.536: %PMAN-3-PROC_EMPTY_EXEC_FILE: Switch 1 R0/0: pvp: Empty executable used for process run_ioxn_secure_dir_sh

*Oct 7 06:32:44.678: %PMAN-3-PROC_EMPTY_EXEC_FILE: Switch 1 R0/0: pvp: Empty executable used for process run_ioxn_secure_dir_sh
*Oct 7 06:32:52.241: %PMAN-3-PROC_EMPTY_EXEC_FILE: Switch 1 R0/0: pvp: Empty executable used for process run_ioxn_secure_dir_sh

I'm wondering if this is the same or a similar problem like in Bug CSCus78428 or if it is another problem / bug.

I've yet seen no problems on the switch except those messages.

Greetings

Stephan

Hello,

We have the same issue on a c9200.

Have you found a solution ?

What is run_ioxn_secure_dir_sh anyways ?

Thank you :)

As it only seems to be a cosmetical bug without any Problems we didn't inspect it furthermore.
