it happens us with IMP version 11.5(1)SU2

we think to make reboot for the subcluster servers.

We have the same issue on Cluster CUCM System version: 14.0.1.14901-1.

"Unable to retrieve HA Status from presence server"

After several of Time to reboot the CUCM Cluster, issue ist still there. 

The functionality is there but the status cannot be queried.
