CSCuu02593 - Jabber 10.x getting Delay and slow response after Microsoft KB3038314

Is this something Cisco has to fix or Microsoft?  I cannot uninstall this patch across my environment and we are about to do a mass rollout of Jabber to replace our existing IM solution.  This will cause serious problems when the complaints about performance start coming in.

Thanks.  I understand where to find it, however as explained earlier, we're latched to an incompetent reseller service who offers Jabber as part of our communications package.

When I try to download directly from the Cisco page, I am told that a service contract is required.
