can anyone else confirm they are still seeing this issue after upgrade to Version 03.06.06E RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

the Bug report states this version fixed the issue but i am still seeing it?

I have this problem too. Happen to one of my PSU in the stacked switch

Also having same issue on both 3750-X and 3850-X switch stacks.  Have IOS-XE Version 03.06.07E on them.

I still see this behavior after upgrade to version 17.09.03
My switch model number is C9300-24UXB
switch is not stacked.
