Having same issues. Have opened a TAC case and got packet captures for them but they are not finding an issue but there is definitely something causing a random delay in the multicast. Please let me know if your were able to find root cause of this...

I have the same issue with my sandbox reservation. Seems like maybe they had some issues and the VIRL simulations failed. Suggestion was to end the reservation and re-reserve it.

Also having same issue on both 3750-X and 3850-X switch stacks. Have IOS-XE Version 03.06.07E on them.
