Even I have hit with the same error "FC port on FI goes to "Error disabled - port reinit limit reached". MDS port goes to "Link failure or not-connected". When I was performing suspend and un-suspend of vsan during some VSAN configuration changes at the MDS end. "CSCuv57472" states the work around to reboot of FI, but it is not required since disabling and enabling of port/port-channel at FI end will bring up the port/port-channel.
