Same issue on 17.06.06a.

Why does the "Known Affected Releases" not include the versions 17.06.06a and 17.09.04a? Shouldn't they be included? I know for a fact that I have been getting the same experience with the 17.09.04a version.

Same issue in 17.9.5a too, affects Routers and Switches
