Hello, this request has been sitting for what seems like a year or more! For those of us working to implement systems (like Cisco's CES product), being able to move a banner or alter its text to something that conforms to an organization's policies seems rather fundamental.
We also know an unsubscribe feature like this might not work 100% of the time, so we want to avoid our Service Desk from getting calls about why it doesn't work when we have the banner appear. So, we want to soften the wording a bit. We'd also like to move it to the footer given the real estate it takes up if sizing isn't possible.
Our only option at this point is not to use this feature, but it goes against our war on spam and phishing rather than supporting the vision.
I'd like to find out if others using the CES product would like to start a campaign on "getting this acted upon by Cisco"? I'm going to start with my Cisco reps asking them for customer contacts to have others engage.
