The bug you mention is regarding the message being logged.
The STP instance is a known hardware limitation on many Cisco switching platforms; please see:
I suggest you prune some VLANs from your switch; switch to VTP mode transparent and remove VLANs from trunk links.
cheers,
Seb.

Hi there,
The bug has a status of 'fixed'. The workaround is to upgrade the IOS-XE version to one of those listed in 'known fixed releases' (or higher).
cheers,
Seb.

Yes but my Switch are the 2960X and the error is lookslike:
"
%SPANTREE_VLAN_SW-2-MAX_INSTANCE: Platform limit of 128 STP instances exceeded. No instance created for VLAN357 (port Po13).'.
"
So I see this BUG but I see other things on google saying this is a limitation of vlan with a stp intances:
#show vlan summary
Number of existing VLANs : 179
Number of existing VTP VLANs : 171
Number of existing extended VTP VLANS : 8
# show spanning-tree summary
Switch is in rapid-pvst mode
Root bridge for: none
EtherChannel misconfig guard is enabled
Extended system ID is enabled
Portfast Default is disabled
PortFast BPDU Guard Default is disabled
Portfast BPDU Filter Default is disabled
Loopguard Default is disabled
UplinkFast is enabled but inactive in rapid-pvst mode
Stack port is StackPort1
BackboneFast is disabled
Configured Pathcost method used is short
