We are seeing the same behavior on Cisco 6.0(2)U3(7) / cisco Nexus 3064.
Could you please confirm that it is a known bug for this version as well.

Have the same issue. Cisco TAC replaced the PS and still same issue. Any help will be much appreciate it!
