I am confused about this bug report. It is not clear which devices are affected by this. At the symptoms section it says ISR4000, ASR920, ASR1000 and cBR-8 and no mention of versions. In the details section it mentions a single version 15.5(2)S and the Cisco 2600 Multiservice Platform but none of the earlier routers!!!!

Can any one provide clarification on this?

For the time being, read Cisco IOS XE ROM Monitor Software Vulnerability.  Affected models of appliances and fixed versions are found in the Security Bulletin.

Never, ever, trust information in the Bug IDs because it is rarely updated.
