Hello all. I have installed a new CCX v10.6" After installing the vmware tools were running out of date. I applied the ciscouccx.VMwareTools2016V2.cop file and updated the vmware tools to 10. Now in ESXi the tools for the vm show not running, not installed. When I attempt an upgrade using CLI of ccx it reports the tools are ok and no further action is required. After many restarts of the vm as well as the host, I am at a loss. The commands given here to uninstall the v10 vmware tools via CLI, don't seem to work. Not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
